Q: What does FYSB mean?
A: Fat Yellow Short Bus, or Fasten Your Seat Belts, it could also be Frequent Yellow Shirt Burns. It really depends on who you ask.
Q: What kind of clan is FYSB?
A: We are a war clan; This is as opposed to a farming or trophy pushing clan.
Q: Can I snipe?
A: No
Q: There are no stars to get at my level! Can I snipe now?
A: No (stop asking)
Q: What troop donate/receive ratio is required?
A: You're not required to maintain any specific level of troop donations. Obvious leeches will be kicked.
Q: Can my friend join?
A: Sure, but they will need to go through the same join and trial process that everyone else does.
Q: Can I be elder?
A: Lol
Q: What trophy level do I need?
A: We don't care about your trophy level
Q: What TH and player level is needed to join?
A: There are no level requirements, we are looking for solid and consistent war performers
Q: What's the deal with FYSB II?
A: This secondary clan was created to solve the problem of so many new people that looked good on the surface, end up performing poorly in wars. This was not fair to existing members. We can now see a new person's war attacks and see if they will be a good fit before they join the main clan.
Q: Ok seriously, what does it take to be elder?
A: Don't know why you care so much, but typically a person will be made elder through helpful remarks in chat; There is no checklist. A few good ideas doesn't hurt either. Solid war attacks is obvious.

Is there going to be a time limit for attacking a reserved base? Also, will any timeline be instituted for low level players to get in their attacks first?

No time limit, if someone reserves a target they are expected to attack it.
Strategically, it is always best for the top 10 to attack last, but this just isn't possible to manage. People all have different schedules. Even if we recruited people that could all attack at a certain time, as our start of war time changed they would no longer be able to attack right away like they could before.
